We will start with a short meditation with sound and breathing , then learn how to use the brush and basic strokes on the special practice calligraphy mat.
Pick the characters that you would like to write, but this class is not just about writing.
Choose the characters you want to write about, but this class involves more than just writing.
It's about being mindful.
It's a chance to learn to clear your mind and as you focus on activity.
