We will start with a short meditation , then  learn  how to use the brush and basic strokes on the special practice calligraphy mat.
 Pick the characters that you would like to write, but this class is not just about writing.
It's about being mindful.
 It's a chance to learn to clear your mind and as you focus on activity.
Enjoy and bring a beautiful writing to your home!
