End of the Year Sound
Join us on Monday, December 30th, 2024 for a special late-night intention Sound Journey!
This 3.5-hour journey begins at 9pm with journal writing to identify the energy and habits you would like to let go, creating space for what you desire in your life.
Free movement led by the rhythm of Native American's drum and gongs opens the mind-body connection.
A tailored sound journey then facilitates our flow into deep dreaming, introspective moments.
Asura will provide light massage, stretching and craniosacral work.
