Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and give yourself a much needed break with our sound session at Music of the Spheres.Â
During this session, you will be surrounded by the gentle vibrations of our instruments, including a special guest appearance by Anahita Navab Holden, PhD, who practices Somatic Psychotherapy in town. She will be sharing her beautiful harp and singing bowls.
 Allow all the love you share with others to be returned back to you as you unwind and relax.Â
