This 3.5-hour event begins at 9pm with journal writing to identify the energy and habits you wish to let go of,
creating space for what you desire in your life.
Experience free movement guided by the rhythm of Native American drums and gongs, enhancing the mind-body connection.
A personalized sound journey then leads us into a deep dreaming state and introspection.
Asura will provide light massage, stretching, and craniosacral techniques.
