About the event
"Nourish to Uplift" is an experiential, family-centered workshop designed to help children and parents reconnect with what truly nourishes them—emotionally, mentally, and socially—and transform that inner well-being into meaningful action in the world.
Through sound, movement, mindfulness, and reflection, families will explore how caring for ourselves builds the foundation for kindness, confidence, and positive impact in our communities.
This is not a one-day event.
It’s the beginning of a practice.
