While traditional sound bath and sound healing sessions employ a "passive experience": participants listen while laying on the ground, our vocal expression sessions invite you to actively tone with the singing bowls.
Here, toning is therapeutic as well as beautiful. Guided vocal expression in harmony with the bowl's note allows release for unwanted energy and buried emotions.
