Welcome to beatifull Santa Barbara! It’s time to let go of the things that hold you back from living a heart centered life filled with meaning and purpose. It’s time to surrender deeply into the now and embrace love and connection while releasing toxic and self-limiting patterns of judgement, rumination, worry, doubt, and fear. Our weekend retreat planned with many diffiernt activiites design to give you a chance to experience joy, love, self discovery, and inner peace.
Each day we will move through the processes below using community, meditation, sound, energy and group intentions to create transformation in our lives. Clearing, Empowerment, Surrender We come together as a group and begin to let go of what no longer serves us by toning or free expressive art and movement and initiate shifts and begin to step into our personal power.
