Service Description

Self - Inquiry is the constant attention to inner awareness. We don’t see the world as it is, we see the world as we are. This class allow you to be courageous in challenging your convictions, and perceptions of what's true -in order to grow. This class is structured more like a free form workshop to give you space to uncover your true self. Journaling, meditation, breathwork, sound exploration, somatic movements, and vocal expressions are just some of the tools used to explore the truth within you.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know if you need to cancel your appointment. There will be 50 % charge for less than 12hours notice and will be 100% charge for not showing up for your appointment without any notice.
